Job Summary

Lead the applied AI function for Revenue, owning strategy, architecture, and hands-on delivery of AI agents and LLM-powered solutions embedded in daily revenue workflows. Own build-vs-buy decisions using Nintex Automation CE and K2, develop custom agentic systems (e.g., with Claude), and evolve data pipelines, governance, and proprietary models. Drive measurable ROI via KPIs across pipeline qualification, forecasting, customer health, and finance automation, while reporting progress to executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Architect, build, and deploy production-grade AI agents and LLM-powered solutions embedded in daily internal Revenue workflows.
•Own end-to-end applied AI across use-case identification, solution architecture, data foundations, model development, vendor strategy, and budget.
•Define and track KPIs linking AI investments to measurable outcomes (efficiency, revenue generation, cost optimization) and report monthly to leadership.
•Establish release standards and production monitoring for AI initiatives; ensure deployments have defined outcomes and accountable workflow owners.
•Design and deploy AI-driven automation across the customer lifecycle and finance workflows (e.g., pipeline qualification, proposal generation, renewal forecasting, variance analysis, contract analysis, audit preparation, and spend optimization).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 275,000 - 375,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
•12+ years building and deploying applied AI, machine learning, or data engineering systems in production environments, with 5+ years leading high-performing technical teams or functions.
•Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related discipline.
•Demonstrated experience designing and shipping LLM-powered and agentic systems to production at scale (prompt orchestration, retrieval, evaluation, and monitoring).
•Hands-on experience with GTM / Revenue systems (e.g., CRM, CPQ, customer success and billing platforms) and modern data platform tooling (e.g., cloud data warehouses/lakehouses, ELT, orchestration) plus MLOps/LLMOps practices.
