Key Responsibilities

•Provide electronic technician services to FAALC product divisions to ensure electronic systems, subsystems, and components meet serviceability, reliability, and availability requirements.
•Perform electronic system/subsystem/component troubleshooting, repair, assembly, refurbishment, installation, calibration, and testing.
•Include test fixture and prototype design, analysis of equipment performance, and data collection and equipment installation.
•Complete tasks according to FAA and FAALC standards, orders, and technical instructions.
•Handle standard administrative tasks such as recording time, leave, and training completion, along with performance management and compliance with customer and company standards.

Key Requirements

•Minimum High School diploma/GED with completion of formal technical training courses OR an Associate Degree in Electrical or Engineering Technology.
•Two years practical experience in an electronics technician support position performing troubleshooting, repairing, assembling, testing, and installing electrical/electronic systems and equipment.
•Ability to assist in developing, reviewing, and updating engineering documentation and processes.
•Familiarity with electronics test equipment including multi-meter, oscilloscope, signal generator, AC/DC power supply, and power meter.
•Proficiency in through-hole soldering/de-soldering and ability to interpret circuit schematics and perform basic electronics troubleshooting.
