Site Manager

Lead and manage the site’s Production and Warehouse teams, providing direction and development while ensuring compliance with HSE, quality, and environmental requirements. Oversee plant and equipment operations, preventive maintenance, hazard analyses, and production scheduling to meet customer demand and manage costs. Monitor productivity and downtime, drive process improvements, coordinate deliveries and purchase orders, supervise contractors, support QC compliance, and report KPIs to the Operations Manager.
