Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and communicate the AI platform vision, strategy, and multiyear roadmap, translating enterprise AI strategy into product outcomes and OKRs.
  • •Define platform capabilities and requirements, manage and refine the product backlog, and lead roadmap reviews, demos, release planning, and stakeholder updates.
  • •Partner with technology, engineering, architecture, and delivery leaders to guide platform design, development, integration, testing, implementation, and support while meeting quality, security, reliability, and usability standards.
  • •Lead enterprise stakeholder, risk, and responsible AI alignment by embedding security, privacy, governance, access management, monitoring, auditability, and human oversight into the roadmap and backlog.
  • •Drive platform adoption and continuous improvement using analytics, adoption measures, operational data, user feedback, and agile metrics; manage and develop a team of three direct reports.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in product management, product development, platform management, digital strategy, or related disciplines.
  • •Experience owning a product/platform vision, strategy, roadmap, backlog, and delivery lifecycle.
  • •Experience leading and developing employees with direct people-management responsibility.
  • •Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts, including generative AI, large language models, model development, deployment, monitoring, and responsible AI.
  • •Strong agile product delivery skills (backlog management, iterative development, Kanban, Scrum) and the ability to balance business value, UX, risk, and long-term platform needs.
