Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage supplier allocations aligned with SO demand, delivery schedules, capacity & supplier agreements.
  • •Ensure timely release and confirmation of regular, supplemental, and additional sales order allocations.
  • •Analyze demand and supply signals to proactively identify gaps and act on recovery plan.
  • •Evaluate forecast versus supplier capacity to identify supply risks and constraints; drive timely resolution of BOM and supply variances.
  • •Lead weekly supplier reviews to track material readiness, PO status, Capacity, Open issues and monitor On-Time Delivery (OTD).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • •Minimum 7-10 years of experience in supply planning, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  • •Strong understanding of supply chain principles and MRP (Material planning)
  • •“GO GETTER” Attitude & takes ownership on closing the ends
  • •Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficient in MS Excel
