  • •Ensure production goals are achieved in safety, quality and efficiency with your shift team of area managers and supervisors.
  • •Motivate your team, foster a positive work environment, and encourage feedback and active improvements.
  • •Coordinate communication, escalations and reporting internally and with production management.
  • •Plan resources such as personnel, ingredients and energy smartly and sustainably to keep operations running smoothly.
  • •Investigate production problems, initiate corrective actions and successfully implement improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed vocational training, master craftsman title or degree in food technology, production engineering, mechanical engineering, logistics or related field.
  • •Several years of experience in production and/or logistics, ideally in the food, beverage or consumer goods industry.
  • •Experience in leading and motivating teams, e.g. team leaders, supervisors or shift managers.
  • •Solid knowledge of quality standards, occupational safety, hygiene regulations.
  • •Experience in shift planning, resource deployment and process optimization.
