Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and own analog-on-top and digital-on-top verification flows for full-chip simulations of in-house RFICs and RF-SoCs
  • •Create testbenches and verification flows to simulate critical RFIC/SoC interfaces
  • •Collaborate with designers to improve simulation speed and accuracy for mixed-signal IPs (e.g., PLLs, DACs, ADCs)
  • •Create behavioral models of RF/analog/mixed-mode circuit blocks and use them in chip verification
  • •Work with the ATE test engineering team to develop and prototype test plans, including setting up and running EM/IR simulations

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline
