Custodian Tech - Floater

Maintain clean, professional facilities across retail branches as a service-oriented custodian floater. Perform routine independent cleanings—dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, trash removal, and vent cleaning—while responding to work orders and closing them out with minimal callbacks. Communicate professionally with customers, keep inventory of supplies and equipment, and handle required vehicle maintenance, all while following a full-time schedule and using iPhone/iPad tools.
