Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a resource to identify and resolve complex client servicing issues in the branch.
  • •Coach tellers and assume responsibility for efficient, effective, accurate teller functions and client experience.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities and transition clients to a banker; use financial wellness tools to support goals.
  • •Manage day-to-day teller line duties including scheduling, staffing issues, coaching, and ensuring compliance with regulatory, security, and internal audit controls.
  • •Support the Branch Manager with onboarding and training new tellers; participate in huddles and debriefs and follow all policies and procedures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.75 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
  • •Minimum of 3 years demonstrated superior client relationship skills (required).
  • •Minimum of 3 years’ experience in cash handling (required).
  • •Working knowledge of PC with Windows-based applications and calculator (required).
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, foster teamwork, and manage multiple tasks (required).
