Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and implement the regional strategic vision for Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, and Laos.
  • •Lead (or support) government relations activities across the four countries in coordination with the SE Asia Government Relations team.
  • •Act as focal point across the Boeing enterprise to ensure an integrated approach to supporting growth, including developing country strategies.
  • •Lead Vietnam Office leadership responsibilities, serving as point of contact for site issues (office planning, entity management, staff engagement, budget management, governance).
  • •Strengthen stakeholder relationships across governments, regional organizations (e.g., ASEAN Secretariat), business associations, and community partners; support business units on community/university relations and sponsorships.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is required.
  • •Minimum 15–20 years of relevant experience in general management, regulatory affairs, government relations, and community leadership.
  • •15+ years working with cross-functional/cross-business teams on significant projects in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • •Proven leadership in multicultural, multinational organizations.
  • •Exemplary relationship development/management skills, with willingness to travel.
