Coach clients who want to break into or grow within e-commerce and direct-to-consumer roles. Key Responsibilities

•Teach core e-commerce strategy, direct-to-consumer marketing, and brand development to help clients break into or grow within e-commerce/DTC roles.
•Help clients manage e-commerce platforms and optimize product listings and conversion rates.
•Guide clients on customer acquisition and customer retention, digital marketing, and SEO for e-commerce.
•Support market research and fulfillment & logistics guidance for clients’ e-commerce work.
•Provide career coaching including resume review, LinkedIn review, cover letter guidance, interview prep, networking strategy, and salary negotiation.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on experience in e-commerce or DTC (as a founder, e-commerce manager, or industry professional).
•Strong track record of driving growth for online brands.
•Ability to take a clear, structured approach to coaching clients through technical and career growth.
•Experience teaching or applying core e-commerce strategy, direct-to-consumer marketing, and brand development skills.
•Comfort advising on e-commerce platform management, product listing optimization, and conversion-rate improvement.
