  • •Support SPS and Maintenance Excellence through disciplined maintenance execution and standard work practices.
  • •Drive equipment reliability using preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance; improve OEE and reduce downtime and costs.
  • •Supervise, coach, and develop maintenance personnel; plan, prioritize, and coordinate maintenance activities for production requirements.
  • •Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis (e.g., 5 Why, FMEA) and run continuous improvement using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
