Behavior Technician (BT/RBT)

Provide in-person Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children in their homes under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Follow BCBA-designed behavior intervention plans, collect and record data on client progress and behaviors, and participate in supervision, team meetings, and training. This part-time role (~10 hours/week, afternoons/evenings) includes hourly pay of $22–$25, support to obtain RBT certification, and mileage reimbursement.
