Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement a comprehensive contract management process to support successful project execution.
  • •Develop and execute equipment and services procurement strategies for construction projects.
  • •Perform market analysis to determine should costs and secure best purchasing deals.
  • •Create and negotiate contract documents with the legal department; manage vendor relationships and resolve performance or delivery issues.
  • •Track and report spend and budget risk, present value propositions, execute cost reduction projects, and lead RFPs and KPI monitoring for the supply base.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in engineering, purchasing, contract negotiation, operations or supply chain management, master production scheduling, or construction/facilities/industrial plant management; or 9+ years in lieu of a degree.
  • •Strong background in construction project management and/or construction cost estimation.
  • •Familiarity or experience in purchasing or related procurement.
  • •Experience managing large-scale industrial and commercial construction projects.
  • •Strong budget tracking and cost analytical skills with advanced contract negotiation and document management ability.
