Partner with senior client stakeholders, oversee commercial and financial performance (including P&L), and mentor a team of Project Managers to drive operational excellence and continued account growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead delivery of a high-volume portfolio of projects across Germany.
•Oversee multiple concurrent projects (€500k–€2m), ensuring safe, on-schedule, on-budget delivery to agreed quality standards.
•Provide strategic oversight across planning, governance, commercial performance, and risk management, using robust project controls and reporting.
•Act as senior client escalation point; lead programme reviews, governance meetings, and executive reporting to ensure client satisfaction.
•Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers; manage recruitment and support continued account growth and opportunity identification.

Key Requirements

•Recognised technical qualification in a construction, mechanical or electrical discipline.
•Fluent in both German and English.
•5+ years leading project delivery teams in M&E, FM, construction, or critical environments, including high-volume project portfolios.
•5+ years developing new project opportunities.
•Demonstrated P&L ownership and evidence of managing a team.
