Director of Hardware

Lead AeroVect’s hardware organization end-to-end, owning the integrated vehicle platform across mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical systems. Set the multi-year hardware roadmap and vehicle architecture, drive design-for-manufacturing, and ensure field-reliable integration of sensor suites, compute enclosures, wiring, and actuation. Manage and scale the hardware team, partner with software on drive-by-wire, and guide progress toward certified, safety-critical drive-by-wire for driverless operation.
