  • •Identify opportunities to simplify administrative and governance activities, reducing redundancy and improving efficiency across forums, documentation, and decision practices.
  • •Partner with first and second line of defense leaders to assess processes and controls and streamline where appropriate.
  • •Clarify roles and responsibilities across the three lines of defense and assess overlaps to support process consolidation, capacity reallocation, and automation.
  • •Improve cross-functional interfaces across lines of business, finance, and partners to strengthen coordination and execution.
  • •Establish consistent delivery standards, tools, and reporting practices; monitor execution progress, manage integration readiness, and align delivery to regulatory expectations.

Key Requirements
