•Consistently deliver profit margins planned and complete projects without write-downs or multiplier erosion.
•Manage projects involving Risk Triggering Factors and oversee more complex clients and projects.
•Direct staff to operate and minimize exposure to claims; supervise and direct Project Managers with multiple projects or programs.
•Mentor project managers and manage project risk, contracts, and financial performance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BA/BS degree and 6 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
•Successful candidate will have to pass client required drug screening, background check, and motor vehicle records check

•Proven track record managing complex, multi-disciplinary environmental projects with responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, and quality performance
•Professional certification or registration preferred, such as PG, PE, CHMM, PMP, or a related credential
