Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver revenues assigned from specific clients as a result of repeat business caused by flawless execution of projects.
  • •Consistently deliver profit margins planned and complete projects without write-downs or multiplier erosion.
  • •Manage projects involving Risk Triggering Factors and oversee more complex clients and projects.
  • •Direct staff to operate and minimize exposure to claims; supervise and direct Project Managers with multiple projects or programs.
  • •Mentor project managers and manage project risk, contracts, and financial performance.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS degree and 6 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
  • •Successful candidate will have to pass client required drug screening, background check, and motor vehicle records check
  • •10+ years of environmental consulting experience supporting oil & gas, refining, industrial, or energy-sector clients
  • •Proven track record managing complex, multi-disciplinary environmental projects with responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, and quality performance
  • •Professional certification or registration preferred, such as PG, PE, CHMM, PMP, or a related credential
