Key Responsibilities

•Develop backend systems for TikTok User Growth to handle high concurrency and complex business scenarios.
•Collaborate with Product Managers, Frontend, and Data teams to deliver end-to-end growth solutions.
•Build core growth capabilities including user behavior analytics, A/B experimentation, and real-time decision systems.
•Explore and implement AI applications for growth use cases, including AI agent systems, intelligent strategies, and automated analysis.
•Contribute full-stack capabilities when needed and drive technical excellence through architecture optimization and engineering productivity improvements.

Key Requirements

•3+ years proficiency in Go, including strong concurrency and performance optimization to build highly available distributed systems for high-throughput scenarios.
•Data engineering experience with data modeling and ETL, including MySQL, Redis, and Kafka for building efficient data pipelines.
•Knowledge of user growth domains such as event tracking, A/B testing, and user behavior analysis, with focus on data accuracy and real-time processing.
•Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture, with strong troubleshooting and system optimization skills.
•Preferred: experience with AI agents or strong interest in AI applications such as LLMs, RAG, and automation, plus good collaboration skills.
