Associate Merchant

Own assigned product categories by supporting seasonal merchandising strategy, building assortments aligned to customer trends and brand goals, and recommending pricing and promotional tactics to drive sales and profitability. Analyze weekly and seasonal performance across sales, margin, inventory, and customer behavior, then prepare business recaps for Merchant leadership. Coordinate product setup and lifecycle management, partner with vendors and product development, and ensure merchandising calendars and systems stay accurate.
