Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow all applicable safety rules and procedures.
  • •Read print drawings and produce quality work by programming and operating machines in the assigned work area.
  • •Use measuring devices to ensure accurate cuts and form metal pieces to prescribed dimensions.
  • •Perform spot welding or assembly if required and move material using forklift, crane, and/or wheeled carts/tables.
  • •Identify fabricated material, segregate by job, maintain general housekeeping, and communicate with production leaders for needs and materials.
