  • •Be the main contact for customers regarding export/import documents and transport details.
  • •Work closely with airlines, shipping lines, internal teams, and partner agents.
  • •Act proactively on deviations and operational special cases.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of experience in freight forwarding
  • •Good knowledge of the operational processes for air and/or ocean freight
  • •Structured, reliable, and service-oriented working style
  • •Proficient with MS Office
  • •Very good English skills; additional languages are an advantage
