Key Responsibilities

  • •Set vision, strategy, and plan for cultivating a portfolio of donors to maximize revenue for the organization
  • •Manage, cultivate, steward, and solicit a portfolio of donors
  • •Collaborate with the SMD and local Executive Director to build relationships with advisory board members and other stakeholders to advance fundraising efforts
  • •Maintain donor, prospect, and fundraising activity information in CRM and monitor progress to adjust strategy
  • •Steward team and organizational initiatives

Salary: USD 90,000 - 144,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree
  • •At least 7+ years of related experience in a fast-paced development and fundraising environment, with experience soliciting and securing 5- and 6-figure gifts
  • •Experience meeting and exceeding ambitious goals as a donor portfolio manager
  • •Strong relationship-building and written/verbal communication skills
  • •Willingness to travel to engage with local donors and occasional weekend/evening work hours
