Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver welcoming, informative onboarding experiences and engaging plant tours
  • •Maintain updated scheduling for tours, drug screens, and orientations, including subject matter expertise on facility positions and PPE management
  • •Assist with offers and self-ID tasks, conduct background checks, and complete required forms, surveys, and validations
  • •Maintain I-9 compliance, including section 1/section 2 reviews, weekly audits, and audits/corrections
  • •Notify stakeholders of orientation schedules and support cross-training/learning duties for other locations as needed

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of professional experience required
  • •Strong understanding of HR policies and compliance, including I-9 compliance
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle fast-paced, multiple competing tasks
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS systems preferred
  • •Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience)
