Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform daily workplace exams and pre-shift safety checks on mobile equipment, and follow training to address safety hazards.
  • •Operate machines and equipment safely, efficiently, and productively according to work requirements and designated routes.
  • •Execute crusher and plant maintenance duties as needed (e.g., housekeeping, welding/cutting, changing conveyor belts, bearing and oil servicing, roller replacement, guard replacement, screen cloth changes, adjusting crushers).
  • •Operate assigned production roles such as water truck, haul truck, plant operator, or loader operator to support production schedules and material movement.
  • •Communicate with onsite foreman/supervisors on daily work requirements, material flaws, and potential hazards; perform general clean-up and maintenance tasks as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • •Two years of experience in a mining or excavation role.
