Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with customers and internal sales to visualize potential and realized value delivered by Cognite solutions.
  • •Develop value forecasts and baselines using benchmarks, public financial/IR materials, and discovery interview insights.
  • •Translate operational pain points and KPIs into financial impacts for C-suite stakeholders; build persuasive business narratives.
  • •Review key-deal business cases to ensure the quality of value propositions and improve win rates.
  • •Track realized value after implementation, establish value metrics, and support continued adoption and internal standardization.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •Proven experience as a Value Engineer/Value Consultant, or management/operations consulting at a top-tier firm.
  • •Ability to quantitatively visualize the value of IT/OT solutions using financial data, interview insights, and value drivers.
  • •Strong logical thinking and analytical capability to structure public information and discovery insights into actionable solutions.
  • •Business-level fluency in Japanese and English.
