Key Responsibilities

•Take full operational ownership of the assigned kitchen section, ensuring consistent quality, presentation and execution
•Prepare and execute dishes in line with Sumosan Japanese fusion standards, recipes and brand expectations
•Ensure all mise en place is completed accurately and efficiently prior to service
•Support Sous Chef and Head Chef during daily operations to ensure smooth service flow and teamwork
•Maintain high levels of discipline, organisation and cleanliness throughout preparation and service

Key Requirements

•Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie in a premium or high-volume restaurant
•Exposure to Japanese or Asian-inspired cuisine preferred
•Solid technical cooking skills with strong attention to detail
•Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced service environment
•Good understanding of HACCP and food safety standards
