Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Manufacturing Performance Expert to enhance downstream assets’ performance within Saudi Aramco’s Global Manufacturing Excellence (GME) program. You’ll coordinate across asset teams, design data collection and analytics methods, build performance dashboards, and present strategic insights to improve financial and operational outcomes across Saudi Aramco downstream facilities.

Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a central point of contact for asset teams, facilitating communication and information sharing between GME and assigned assets.
•Design standardized methodologies to collect, maintain, analyze, and present assets’ operational and financial performance data.
•Build and maintain strong working relationships with assigned asset teams across Saudi Aramco Downstream portfolio assets.
•Monitor and manage or coordinate information requests, assessments and site visits between GME and the Saudi Aramco Downstream portfolio assets.
•Collect, track and provide asset data and performance metrics and collaborate with relevant teams to proactively identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for enhancement.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering and knowledge in finance or Business Administration or a related field.
•10 years of asset management, or a related role within the downstream oil & gas industry.
•Experience in Downstream Oil & Gas business benchmarking and performance management frameworks, such as Solomon or RAM.
•Experience in leading cross-functional initiatives and managing high-level stakeholder relationships.
•Strong understanding of downstream oil & gas operations, including refining and petrochemicals.
