Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and grow relationships with accelerators, incubators, and startup partners, identifying connections worth deepening.
  • •Plan and execute partner activations, including Demo Days and portfolio programs, and maintain prioritized views of partner relationships and markets.
  • •Drive program delivery within each cohort by adapting outreach and follow-up based on what is working.
  • •Design and deliver founder-facing programming and be a consistent, credible presence at demo days and founder events.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in marketing, community, growth, partnerships, or business development (or equivalent), ideally in or around the startup ecosystem.
  • •Working knowledge of how accelerators, VCs, and founders operate, with judgment for how to be useful in those communities.
