Job Summary

Lead Mastercard’s Real Estate Services strategy for India’s Pacific Region countries, owning space management, portfolio optimization, lease administration, and refurbishment/capital project execution. Partner with country leadership and sub-business units to standardize workplace policies and service levels, collaborate with Mergers & Acquisitions during integrations, and represent Global Supply Chain in regional leadership forums. Mentor and coordinate internal/external stakeholders and global service providers to drive continuous improvements and cost savings.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop real estate leasing/disposition strategy and implementation plans to grow the business, improve workplace quality, drive cost savings, and optimize the real estate portfolio in India.
•Lead sub-regional real estate services efforts through capital projects management and refurbishment initiatives, ensuring meticulous workplace planning and execution.
•Work with local country leadership and sub-business units to implement workplace management policies, processes, and best practices to standardize service levels across locations.
•Partner with Mergers & Acquisitions teams to support real estate services during regional business integrations and represent Global Supply Chain in leadership meetings.
•Manage internal and external stakeholders across geographies and collaborate with global RES service providers to mentor, coach, and train on-ground teams.

•Thorough understanding of capacity planning, facilities, project and transaction management concepts.
•Proven experience leading real estate services in India with expertise across real estate, project, and workplace management.
•Ability to develop and present business cases with financials and design concepts to executive leadership.
•Strong understanding of outsourcing in corporate real estate and supplier partner management, aligned to global outsourcing models.
•Above-average skills in verbal, written, and presentation communication and the ability to work independently with cross-functional, multi-cultural teams.
