Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and maintain relationships with key decision makers within assigned accounts, orchestrating client value, adoption, and retention.
  • •Partner with the Delphix account team to find opportunities for expanded usage of Delphix and identify expansion opportunities with economic buyers.
  • •Act as a liaison for technical inquiries, issues, and escalations, coordinating with Support, Product Management, ENG, and others as needed to resolve escalations.
  • •Measure and monitor customer KPI achievement, reporting internally and externally, and manage renewal, health, and risk forecasting.
  • •Develop strategic account plans for 100% consumption and growth, identify new use cases and organizational contacts, and facilitate executive-level engagements including value assessment and EBRs.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in account management/customer success in a software company.
  • •Experience negotiating and closing customer contracts, including renewals and expansion.
  • •History of success in customer success, consultant, pre-sales, account management, or technical account management roles.
  • •Ability to lead technical conversations and drive action based on requirements and provided value.
  • •Understanding of DevOps, Test Data Management, Agile, CI/CD, and Masking.
