Dispatch Supervisor

Oversee the dispatch and delivery execution for a specific branch by supervising fleet operations and supporting employees. Monitor phone and radio traffic to ensure procedural compliance and world-class customer service, coach employees through quality assurance feedback, and manage digital communications systems like Computer Aided Dispatch and the Radio System. Partner with branch leadership to implement new technologies and improve safety, schedule, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
