Key Responsibilities

  • •Operationalise the Global Inclusion Plan with clear priorities, ownership, and measurable outcomes across APAC, the Americas, and EMEA.
  • •Line manage Inclusion Leads in the Americas and APAC, and drive ongoing global inclusion work aligned to global consistency.
  • •Design and deliver inclusion interventions (e.g., partnerships, briefings, speaker events, communications campaigns, and leadership/manager training).
  • •Increase colleague engagement by embedding inclusive practices, partnering with stakeholders, and holding plan owners accountable for delivery.
  • •Oversee inclusion governance and analytics: monitor expenditure, support demographic data/inclusion analytics, maintain Inclusion OneSpace content, and ensure EMEA legislative and statutory reporting compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep knowledge of inclusion and broader diversity topics, including intersectionality, with credibility as a subject-matter expert in a global organisation.
  • •Experience working in inclusion in the corporate sector and/or within global, matrixed organisations, including diverse teams across countries and cultures.
  • •Experience supporting and coordinating Employee Groups, including partnership and governance across regions.
  • •Excellent written and spoken English, plus experience organising in-person and virtual events.
  • •Knowledge of statutory reporting requirements (e.g., gender pay gap reporting and disability employment requirements); ESG reporting knowledge is desirable.
