Lead integrated solutions opportunity pursuit by preparing proposals/bids, contract negotiation, and commercial risk assessment. Drive the end-to-end I&S opportunity process through stage and decision gates, aligning stakeholders across regions, commercial operations, product lines, and support functions. Ensure compliance with OFSE sales and commercial principles, develop business plans and initial project planning artifacts, and provide leadership during customer and vendor negotiations from mobilization through handover.
