Job Summary

Translate growth marketing briefs, hypotheses, and creative direction into polished, production-ready UX/UI designs across A/B tests, landing pages, funnels, and email/SMS and paid media. Work within design systems in Figma to deliver high-fidelity, pixel-perfect assets at speed, grounded in experiment results and conversion principles. At the senior level, own UX strategy and design systems, present to clients, and bridge design with engineering constraints and WCAG accessibility.

Key Responsibilities

•Produce high-fidelity mockups and design assets for A/B tests, landing pages, funnels, email/SMS campaigns, and paid media creative.
•Interpret written briefs and hypotheses to independently develop polished, production-ready designs in Figma.
•Execute within established design systems and brand guidelines while maintaining visual consistency and integrity.
•Deliver production-ready variations for rapid experimentation cycles and iterate based on results.
•At the senior level, own UX strategy/design systems and present client-facing design rationales while bridging design and engineering constraints.

Key Requirements

•Experience in UI/UX or digital production design (2–4 years for the Production level).
•Strong Figma proficiency with organized, clean files (components, auto-layout, naming conventions).
•Portfolio demonstrating production-quality work across web, email, and paid media.
•Experience with conversion-focused design such as landing pages, user flows, and experiment variations.
•Comfort letting data guide design choices and communicating clearly with stakeholders.
