Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end purchasing for VR hardware, manipulation items, environmentals, and additional equipment.
  • •Identify and vet global suppliers; negotiate pricing and delivery schedules to balance cost-efficiency and reliability.
  • •Partner with engineering to analyze Bills of Materials (BOMs) and forecast needs to prevent project bottlenecks.
  • •Design and maintain physical layout and digital tracking systems to ensure visibility of mission-critical robotic assets.
  • •Serve as ERP/MRP power-user and lead high-stakes inventory audits and cycle-counting to maintain data integrity.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •3+ years of experience in technical procurement and inventory management, ideally in robotics, aerospace, or high-tech manufacturing.
  • •Proven negotiation track record with international vendors and high-value contracts.
  • •Ability to read technical drawings and understand hardware specifications for correct part sourcing.
  • •Experience designing workflows/processes and mentoring junior-to-mid-level team members.
