Job Summary

Serve as counsel for Netflix’s Experiences business & legal affairs team, advising on ticketed, location-based entertainment initiatives. Work closely with business, operational, creative/production, marketing, and legal partners to manage vendor/agency agreements, support group and event sales, and collaborate on real estate and workplace matters such as safety, employment, incident management, and permitting for Netflix House locations. Provide practical legal and business guidance for immersive experiences.

•Handle a variety of Business & Legal Affairs matters for Netflix House operations and commercialization, including high-volume vendor/agency agreements and support for group and event sales.
•Collaborate with Real Estate and Workplace teams on safety, employment, incident management, and permitting for Netflix House locations.
•Partner with Marketing, Tax, Accounting, Finance, and the broader legal organization on matters related to Netflix House and immersive experiences.
•Provide practical business and legal advice embedded in the Experiences business function while interacting daily with cross-functional partners.
•Tackle novel challenges and support a fast-moving business and creative team with flexibility and initiative.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 325,000 - 540,000 annually

Key Requirements

•JD or equivalent with relevant practical experience in the Location-Based Entertainment industry (e.g., theme parks, touring/concerts, LBE production work).
•7+ years of experience preferred.
•Ability to work autonomously and reliably within tight timeframes in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
•Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (spoken & written).
•Strong analytical capabilities and ability to exercise sound judgment in the absence of perfect information.
