  • •Ensure accuracy and compliance of LCC financial processes including reporting, SAP data integrity, accruals, and chargebacks.
  • •Oversee outside counsel engagement and governance, including matter budgeting and alignment with RTX LCC policies.
  • •Manage Alternative Fee Agreements (AFA) strategy and financial adherence to promote cost-effective legal matter management.
  • •Drive efficiency and cost control through oversight of staffing models and fee compliance; support approval and payment of legal settlements.

Key Requirements
