Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage change end-to-end through projects established to deliver specific outcomes on time and within budget, supporting standalone projects or programme elements.
  • •Propose and validate innovative ideas, identify opportunities to streamline processes/governance, and bring industry-informed solutions to business engagements.
  • •Design business models, operating models, and business cases; establish project governance (sponsorship, tollgates, steering committee) and maintain RAID documentation.
  • •Track and manage progress across scope, budget, timeline, risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and benefits realization; escalate risks and unblock delivery.
  • •Perform business analysis and solution design work, including requirements elicitation and sign-off, gap analysis, and planning/execution of deployment and readiness activities.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of experience delivering change initiatives across strategy, design (consulting), initiation, and delivery.
  • •Industry experience implementing mid-sized organizational change and business transformation projects for the banking industry.
  • •Demonstrable independent stakeholder management, including impactful communication and ability to run project governance.
  • •Strong banking experience in operations and/or system transformation, including organization design (and potentially M&A) projects.
  • •Excellent problem-solving and analysis skills with extensive PowerPoint and Excel proficiency.
