Detail-oriented QA Analyst joining a major Billing Transformation Programme to ensure quality across system and business testing. You will validate integrations, data, and billing outputs, execute SIT/UAT and regression tests, and work closely with IT teams and business stakeholders in Southampton to deliver a modern, enterprise billing platform while maintaining the current system.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute test cases across System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing.
•Validate end-to-end business processes and system functionality.
•Record and maintain accurate test results and supporting documentation.
•Perform data validation and reconciliation between legacy and new systems.
•Support verification of billing outputs to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Key Requirements

•Experience in QA, testing, or system validation roles, with ability to execute test cases and support SIT and UAT activities.
•Strong understanding of data validation, reconciliation, and testing processes.
•Ability to collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders in finance, billing, or data-driven environments.
•Hands-on, proactive approach to testing, with high attention to detail and problem-solving.
