Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through assigned portfolio activities including pre-set appointments, outside calling, Centers of Influence, follow-up, and referrals.
  • •Educate and refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships and build internal partnerships.
  • •Educate customers on how to optimize their use of bank technology including online, mobile, and ATM banking.
  • •Maintain knowledge of products, services, technology, and policies to provide best-in-class customer service.
  • •Demonstrate sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, investments, lending, and communication/presentation acumen while adhering to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED and minimum 2 years of customer service and sales in banking/financial services or goal-driven retail sales with emphasis on investments or lending.
  • •FINRA licenses required: candidate must hold 3 of the following 5 active licenses (Series 6 or 7; Series 63 or 66; State Life and Health Insurance License; SIE). If missing licenses, acquire remaining within 120 days of hire.
  • •Ability to drive sales and manage a book of business.
  • •Ability to build, deepen, and retain customer relationships.
  • •Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services.
