Job Summary

Support the Branch Manager in running all facets of branch operations, including inventory management, team development, customer value, and driving financial performance. Lead onboarding, training, and coaching of branch associates, reinforce customer-success best practices, and promote an incident-free, safety-first environment. Track daily/weekly/monthly KPIs, review progress with the Branch Manager, and partner with leadership and Field Support to implement emerging technologies that improve business performance.

•Monitor and review key performance metrics (daily/weekly/monthly) and partner with leadership/Field Support to support implementation of emerging technologies.

Key Requirements

•1 to 3 years of experience in retail nursery, irrigation and/or landscape industry (preferred).
•1 to 3 years of managerial experience including leadership, issue management, motivation, and team building (preferred).
•Demonstrates exceptional customer service and can resolve more complex customer questions and issues.
•Proactively identifies and capitalizes on opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers.
•Working knowledge of accounting fundamentals; high school or secondary diploma or equivalent required.
