Key Responsibilities

•Préparer et animer les revues (jalons, points de contrôle, points d’arrêt).
•S’assurer de la complétion et de la qualité des informations contenues dans les Faits Techniques remontés (FT).
•Attribuer de manière cohérente les Faits Techniques en vue d’optimiser leur résolution dans les versions logicielles à venir.
•Prioriser la correction des Faits Techniques du Backlog.
•Suivre le Backlog en permanence afin d’en assurer la maîtrise et établir les indicateurs de suivi et le reporting récurrent.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years in CCB Manager or in charge of qualification for critical project systems; experience in change control is essential.
•Experience or background in software development, software testing and/or systems, with ability to drive change management.
•Ability to prepare, animate and chair reviews (milestones, control points, stop points) and ensure quality information in the FT (Faits Techniques).
•Strong backlog management skills: prioritize corrections and follow backlog continuously, with clear reporting indicators.
•Autonomy, negotiation skills, and excellent written and verbal communication to coordinate across teams.
