Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-team projects including scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and business impact.
  • •Build and manage detailed project plans and ensure alignment on sequencing, capacity, delivery commitments, and downstream reporting needs.
  • •Lead platform, data, and analytics migrations across data, application, reporting, and infrastructure layers; coordinate engineering teams for dependencies and cutover readiness.
  • •Drive day-to-day execution across concurrent workstreams, facilitating sprint planning, status meetings, and retrospectives; identify and escalate blockers early with recommended paths forward.
  • •Partner with BI/analytics stakeholders to define reporting requirements, KPI definitions, dashboard needs, validation criteria, and ensure continuity of systems and reporting through migrations and upgrades.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on Data Engineering and/or Data Analytics background, with experience transitioning into Project/Program Management.
  • •7+ years of project/program management experience in platform, infrastructure, data, BI, or analytics-intensive environments.
  • •Proven track record delivering complex projects across multiple engineering, analytics, and business stakeholder groups.
  • •Experience managing large-scale migrations or platform transformations across data, infrastructure, reporting, or application layers.
  • •Strong understanding of distributed systems and modern data architectures (data lakes, warehouses, pipelines, services) plus BI/reporting ecosystems.
