Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging customers, conducting standardized and complex transactions (with assistance as needed), and ensuring accurate records and proper handling of assigned monies.
  • •Educate clients on digital self-service solutions, including ATMs and Online and Mobile banking, to enhance their service experience.
  • •Support the team sales process through outbound calling, checking for client offers, and identifying needs or opportunities by referring clients or fulfilling needs where applicable.
  • •Apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) principles to deliver Truist expertise and solutions aligned to clients’ needs.
  • •Participate in branch leadership routines, complete required training, follow internal controls and risk management policies, and serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
