Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and develop/maintain test programs for HBM component validation, ensuring timely releases aligned with validation milestones and strong code quality through reviews and best practices.
  • •Optimize test flows with parallelism improvements, improve test stability and repeatability across sites and equipment, and lead debug for MBIST and native mode testers.
  • •Coach and develop other engineers in validation approaches, platform nuances, simulation methodology, and reporting standards.
  • •Qualify/re-qualify test equipment and drive hardware readiness (handler, socket, loadboard, probe card setup), including validation capacity forecasting for product ramps and coverage needs.
  • •Maintain validation platform health, availability, and uptime; define new standards for continuous improvement; perform validation of high-speed I/O including eye diagram and signal integrity checks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor/Master’s degree in Electrical & Electronic or Computer Engineering (or related) with 5+ years relevant semiconductor product engineering experience (DRAM/HBM preferred).
  • •5+ years hands-on test pattern and code development experience using C/C++ and Python on ATE (e.g., Teradyne, Advantest) with familiarity with APG.
  • •5+ years technical experience as a Product Development Engineering lead.
  • •Experience implementing DFT/functional testing (loopback, MBIST, scan) and knowledge of computer architecture/DRAM concepts and flows.
  • •Relevant experience with analog mixed-signal design/verification, ASIC design/verification, or silicon validation.
