Key Responsibilities

  • •Scope, forecast, and manage execution of an annual book of work for multiple projects within agreed parameters.
  • •Assess impact of new business and operational requests and new/changed uncleared margin regulations for the MSS business.
  • •Manage collateral and risk projects to agreed scope, quality, and schedule parameters with stakeholders and the programme manager.
  • •Create and maintain project plans, RAID, cost control, resource forecasts, status reporting, governance materials, and specifications per the change framework.
  • •Orchestrate and run project governance forums to brief senior stakeholders and secure required project decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong background and working knowledge of initial margin calculation, collateral management, counterparty credit risk, and risk weighted asset processes, including uncleared margin regulatory environment.
  • •Solid project management experience with comprehensive and proven project management skills.
  • •Capability to manage regulatory projects from inception through to implementation within fixed timescales.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills, including confidence with senior executives.
  • •Ability to self-manage as a self-starter in a multi-tasking environment while managing priorities effectively.
