Key Responsibilities

  • •Run the security program’s execution across physical, logical, and datacenter security with tracked workstreams and owners.
  • •Drive cross-team security deliverables (bare-metal hardening, access control, incident response readiness, compliance evidence) to closure across engineering, datacenter operations, and IT.
  • •Stand up the security org operating rhythm: reviews, risk tracking, audit and certification timelines, and leadership/customer reporting.
  • •Quarterback security requirements into new site builds and customer onboarding so controls land before compute does.
  • •Own security program metrics and status, escalating what needs attention each week.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 210,000 - 262,000 annually

  • •Run technical program management for a security or infrastructure org, holding engineers and external partners to deadlines.
  • •Drive security or compliance initiatives (SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, or customer security reviews) from kickoff to evidence across teams.
