Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned to business and technology objectives.
  • •Leverage AI tools (Claude, Claude Code) to support product discovery, requirements, and documentation.
  • •Manage and prioritise the product backlog, balancing business value, customer needs, technical feasibility, and delivery priorities.
  • •Gather and translate business/technical requirements into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria; lead backlog refinement and support sprint planning.
  • •Partner with technical teams to evaluate solutions and trade-offs across usability, performance, scalability, security, and maintainability. Own product requirements and documentation through go-live.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • •5+ years’ experience as a Product Owner, Technical Business Analyst, Business Analyst or similar product-focused technology role.
  • •Strong experience owning product backlogs, writing user stories/requirements, and supporting products through the full SDLC.
  • •Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • •Solid technical understanding of web/mobile applications, APIs, microservices, system integrations, and relational databases.
