Support day-to-day accounting operations for a North America team by maintaining accurate records in QuickBooks Online (QBO). You’ll record and categorize transactions, reconcile bank and credit cards, manage accounts payable/receivable, process invoices and expense reports, and assist with month-end close and financial reporting. The role emphasizes organization, attention to detail, and clear English communication while working an overlap shift aligned to U.S. Pacific hours.
